Your property will then be visible to users looking for similar listings.

Yes! Posting is free. However, if you want to highlight your property, you can choose paid promotional features (like featured or premium listings).
4. How can I contact the property owner or tenant?
Open the property listing and use the Call or Chat option to reach the owner or tenant directly.
Always confirm details before making any payments.
5. How do I edit or delete my property listing?
Go to My Listings → Select your property → Choose Edit or Delete as needed.
6. Is EasyRoomNepal responsible for deals or payments?
No. EasyRoomNepal is only a platform that connects users.
We are not involved in transactions or agreements between buyers, sellers, or renters. Please verify all details personally.
7. Can I search properties by location?
Yes! You can use the location filter or map view to find rooms, apartments, or houses near your preferred area.
