We’re here to make your property search and listing experience simple and stress-free. Below, you’ll find answers to common issues and ways to contact our support team.
1. How to Create an Account
Open the EasyRoomNepal app.
Tap on Sign Up.
Enter your name, email/phone number, and password.
Verify your details and start using the app.
2. How to Post a Property
Log in to your account.
Go to Add Listing.
Enter all property details — type, price, location, and upload photos.
Tap Submit to publish your post.
Your property will be visible to users after review (if applicable).
3. How to Contact Property Owners or Renters
Open the property listing you’re interested in.
Use the Call or Chat option to contact the owner or agent directly.
⚠️ Tip: Always verify property details before making payments.
4. Editing or Deleting a Listing
Go to My Listings in your profile.
Choose the property you want to edit or delete.
Tap Edit to update details or Delete to remove it.
5. Forgot Password
Tap Forgot Password on the login screen.
Enter your registered email or phone number.
Follow the link or OTP sent to reset your password.
6. Reporting a Fake or Wrong Listing
If you find a fake or suspicious property, tap Report Listing and share the reason.
Our team will review and take action quickly.
