1. Use of the App
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes — specifically, for buying, selling, or renting rooms, houses, apartments, and properties in Nepal.

Use the app for illegal or fraudulent transactions.
Interfere with the app’s security, data, or functionality.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove your access if you violate these rules.
2. Account Registration
To use some features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Keep your login details secure and confidential.
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
If we find any misuse or suspicious activity, we may suspend or delete your account without prior notice.
3. Listings and User Content
You are responsible for the content you post on EasyRoomNepal, including property descriptions, photos, and prices.
You agree that:
All listings must be genuine and accurate.
You have the right to post the property or content.
Your listings do not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We may edit, hide, or remove listings that are inappropriate, fake, or reported by users.
4. Communication Between Users
EasyRoomNepal acts only as a platform to connect property owners, buyers, and renters.
We are not involved in communication, negotiation, or final agreements between users.
All transactions and communications are done at your own risk. Please verify all details before making any payment or commitment.
5. Payments and Premium Services
Some services in the app may require payment (e.g., featured listings, promotions).
Payments must be made through approved payment methods only.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We do not store or access your payment details directly.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the app — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned or licensed by EasyRoomNepal and protected under applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability
EasyRoomNepal is a platform provider and is not responsible for:
Accuracy of listings or user content
Property conditions or ownership disputes
Any losses or damages resulting from transactions between users
Use the app at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated our Terms, misused the app, or engaged in illegal activity.
Upon termination, your account data and listings may be removed from our platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app with a new Effective Date.
Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Nepali courts.
